Curious to know what comes with your beach house?

You aren’t just getting personal access to a charming beach with stunning views. Firstly our design team will sit down with you and have a session to understand your unique style. Then the design team presents you with the different packages to choose from and a few alternative options for certain appliances and materials. There are four designs to choose from. Each package at the beach houses includes the furniture, appliances, materials, window treatments, landscaping, a private pool and the option of property management.

Each design is an open concept and has three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, outdoor dining and living area, a private pool, a sun deck, and an outdoor shower. Changes and alterations can be made to these finish and furnishings choices quite easily, and our project Interiors Coordinator Kate Taylor awaits the opportunity to showcase these options and to hear what you want in your villa retreat!

We have a dedicated property management team who will look after your home if you wish, offering regular and transparent reporting. If you’d like to rent out your Antigua beach house when not in use, we can promote the villa in our vacation networks and we will look after your home as if it were our own.

You can expect to have a fully furnished and functioning home tailored to your likes and needs and that’s just the start of what you are getting when you join the beach houses community.
